IPFW Residence Costs

The following rates are based on an individual liability housing agreement, and are per bedroom, per person. All units are fully furnished and ulitilities included are local phone, water, sewer, gas, trash, cable, internet service and resident electricity up to a monthly cap. Current prices for campus living are:

4 bedroom, 2 bathroom (approximately 1,060 square feet)

• A private bedroom and a shared bathroom
• 12 monthly installments is $438 (August - July)
• 10 monthly installment is $471 (August - May)

2 bedroom, 1 bathroom (approximately 675 square feet)

• A private bedroom and a shared bathroom
• 12 monthly installments is $503 (August - July)
• 10 monthly installment is $540 (August - May)

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (approximately 770 square feet)

• A private bedroom and a private bathroom
• 12 monthly installments is $593 (August - July)
• 10 monthly installment is $635 (August - May)

1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (approximately 510 square feet)

• A private bedroom and a private bathroom
• 12 monthly installments is $667 (August - July)
• 10 monthly installment is $722 (August - May)
